Refund and Return Policy for Peladang Urus
At Peladang Urus Sdn Bhd, we value your satisfaction and aim to provide the best products and services. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our Refund and Return Policy below:
1. Returns
- You have 7 days from the date of purchase to return an item.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase when initiating a return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods like frozen foods, fresh juices, or other consumable items.
- Items that have been used or altered after purchase.
- Items purchased on sale or promotion, unless they are defective.
3. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 working days.
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received your refund after 14 days, first check your bank account or payment provider.
- Then contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same product, please contact us with proof of purchase and details of the defect.
6. Shipping for Returns
- Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning their item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you are returning an item over RM100, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
